Linen Loft is a six-storey, red brick warehouse in Adelaide Street, Belfast. The building was formerly known as the Ireland Brothers Building and was constructed in 1905 for the purpose of Linen production.
Work began in early 2016 on a multi-million pound development of the building into Grade A office space. Forme Studio were tasked with branding it as ‘Line Loft’
In the early stages of the build some of original labels from the factory were recovered under the floorboards and we used these as a starting point for the logo development. The logo contained many historical references such as the Fluer-de-lis from the original labels, typography referencing the original Ireland Bros logo and an outer profile in the shape of the buildings windows.
Further to the branding design we produced a brochure and marketing materials to aid with the leasing of available space.
